Cost

At this time, Annual Maintenance Support Contracts are available at a cost of $99.95.



Your Maintenance Support Contract begins when the contract is paid by you or your company and accepted by ActiveRealtySoftware, LLC.



Technical Support for clients without a Maintenance Contract

If you've purchased ActiveRealtySoftware, LLC software but have chosen to not expend the money to purchase a Maintenance Support COntract, you are entitled to 60 days of free technical support starting at the time the software product is shipped from ActiveRealtySoftware, LLC's office.

After the 60 day period of time, software users without a valid Maintenance Support Contract, ActiveRealtySoftware, LLC offers the following support options:

Telephone/Email support fee: $1 US/minute, $15 minimum charge per incident. Support will be given upon payment.

Free Major Upgrades and Updates
Our development team is constantly working to fix bugs and develop major product enhancements with the intent to make the product more and more appealing to you as a user and product a better report for your own customers. In most cases, we charge for this type of update but with a mainteance contract, the updates are free. We will notify you via email about updates to the software and provide you an appropriate login to the members-only side of our company website.

Unlimited Technical Support via Telephone or Email
Our team of software developers and trainers is available to help your through any issue with the software. They are specifically trained to address a wide range of questions about our software. If we are not able to address your question over the phone, we will make every effort to obtain an answer for you within 1 business day. Each Technical Support Specialist is dedicated to helping you achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction possible and will go the extra mile to accomplish this!

Priority Support to Error Reports

ActiveRealtySoftware, LLC's Technical Support Group prides itself in offering the highest level of Email/Web support. We're ready to address your technical questions! Whether simply communicating questions through an email message, or transferring your project files to us for review, our email service is able to handle your inquiries quickly and efficiently. Email support is an excellent method for sending project files, reports, screenshots of error messages, and to receive updates and patches.

Direct Bug Fix Updates

In the case of a software error, the user's issue will be forwarded to the ActiveRealtySoftware, LLC Software Development Team. As soon as a solution is developed, it will be provided to the user via email, or an FTP download. Note: Features not already slated for implementation can be created through our Custom Software Development Program

Member-only Website Access for quick downloads

Your Maintenance Contract will enable you to obtain software upgrades, updates, and bug fixes via our dedicated Members Only Website. Software-specific downloads will also be available
